Aurora was a very talented woman when it came to baking and anything to do with knitting and crocheting, as well as making her traditional Vinatarta and Icelandic dishes. There are many family members and friends who have been gifted her doilies, afghans, and a piece of Vinatarta every Christmas. She enjoyed watching the Blue Jays, Roughrider games and curling.
