Daryn Haynes Wray

(Ret’d) MCpl Daryn H. Wray of the Royal Canadian Air Force passed away suddenly September 29th, 2025 after a long painful battle with CPRS, he was born Aug 14, 1964 in Lethbridge, Alberta later adopted into the Wray family.

Daryn is survived by his four children, Tamara and her two children Eden and Sebastian, Brittany (McCallie) their two children Charles and Scarlett, Brandon (Jessica) and their daughter Amelia, Tianna and her daughter Elise. He is also survived by his sister Josie, his former wife Yvonne, Sister Roxanne, Brother Ron, Sister Chantell, Brother Kenny siblings all found later in life. He will also be missed by many other family and friends.

Daryn is predeceased by his dad Waldon, mom Darlene, sister Lori. As well as his birth father Kenneth also found later in life.

Dad grew up in both Alberta and Saskatchewan, Wally (Waldon) and Darlene his parents gave him and his sister Lori a good wholesome life some never get to see. In my dads younger adult years he joined the Royal Canadian Air Force working as an aircraft technician. He had the privilege of working on the Snowbirds and working abroad. In the midst of all of this he met the woman he loved until the day he died, with her he had four children he loved and cared for he always wanted the best for his children and grandchildren. Life doesn’t come with a map or guarantees, just moments that test us, teach us, and remind us what truly matters.

The battle is over. No more pain, no more struggle only peace.  We love you Dad
