David John Ferrier was born on June 15, 1955, at Wadena, Sask. to Gillian (Story) and John Ferrier. He grew up on the farm, first at Mozart, then at Lintlaw. In 1975 he moved to Wadena and became a Mallard client. While at Mallard he did various jobs and made many friends.

David was predeceased by his parents, Gillian (Story) and John Ferrier, and brother-in-law Tom Cross.

He is survived by his sisters, Diane (the late Tom) Cross and Vicky (Ralph) Ostapowich; and brothers, Tom (Linda Bulmer) and Ed (Sheila) Ferrier. As well, he will be sadly missed by his neices and nephews, his family at Mallard, great-nieces and -nephews, and other friends.

David enjoyed dancing, eating (especially ice cream) and children.
