Grant Richard Geck was born on September 30, 1951 in Wadena. He passed away on October 7, 2017. Grant grew up on the family farm and attended school in Kelvington. After graduation, Grant remained on the farm and helped with the farming operation.
Grant was an enthusiastic member of the Ag Society, Kelvington Legion, Kelvington Trailblazers, and the Kelvington Bowling Club. He had a vast collection of model airplanes that he meticulously assembled. Grant had a great interest in and passion for all things relating to war history. He was also a fan of old time Country Music.
He is survived by his aunt Irene Donald and numerous cousins.
In the 14 years since Norman’s passing, Grant and Muriel have remained on the farm and been a constant source of companionship and support for each other. It is fitting that they have passed on together to be reunited with Norman.
