Joanne Elizabeth Prouse

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joanne Prouse on November 2, 2023, at Davin, Saskatchewan. Joanne was born on June 7, 1955, in Creelman, Saskatchewan to Neil and Mary McCallum.

Joanne will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends. She was a devoted mother to her two children, Tana and Taran (Kim), and grandmother to her seven grandkids, Aleesha, Alyson, Emily, Riley, Mazz, Sunny, and Max. Each of them has a special knitted blanket from her that will be cherished for years to come.

Joanne was also survived by her brothers, Doug, Don, and Bob McCallum. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Taylor Prouse, and her parents, Neil and Mary McCallum.

Joanne's passions included tending to her vegetable garden, spending quality time with her grandkids, and knitting for those she loved. Her warmth and generosity touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

As a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend, Joanne left an lasting mark on all who were blessed to have known her. Her memory will live on through the countless lives she touched and the love she shared with others.
