Lena moved with her parents from Neudorf to Raven Lake. She took her schooling at Nut Grove School.
After her schooling, she went to work for the Poole Field family, where she met Charles Walker. They were wed on March 28, 1938, and to this union four children were born: Lloyd (January 1940), Robert (May 1945), Sylvia (November 1946) and Cheryl (March 1951).
Lena was predeceased by her husband Charles; son Lloyd; brothers, Jim and Albert; sister Mary; brothers-in-law, Lew, Les and Ray; and sister-in-law Norma.
Left to mourn her passing are her three children; two daughters-in-law; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great, great-grandchildren; sisters, Elsie and Eileen; brother Lloyd; sisters-in-law, Grace and Phyllis; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
