Florence Madeleine was born on October 2, 1918 in Goodlands, Man., to John and Ellen James, the youngest of nine having three sisters and five brothers. She married Gilbert Rea of Goodlands on February 6, 1946. They moved to Edmore, Sask., in 1950 then to Foam Lake in 1967. She lived in Foam Lake Jubilee Home for 12 years. She is survived by her four children, Doug Rea, now of Costa Rica, Jane (Mel) Ward of Craik, Sask., John (Erma) Rea of Foam Lake and Dorothy Mundell of Saskatoon; five grandchildren, Patrick and Curtis Shipman, Cory and Leslie Ward, and Kenith Rea; and two great-grandchildren, Jordan and Kaiden Rea.
