Mildred Walker

Mildred Walker (nee Arneson) passed peacefully on August 16, 2022 at St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Mildred was born in 1927 in Elfros, Saskatchewan to parents Antone and Gertrude Arneson. Millie married Rod Walker of Quill Lake, Saskatchewan, in 1945. Together they had five children Jim, George, Linda, Glenn, and Duane. Mildred spent most of her life on the family farm southwest of Quill Lake until retirement brought on a move into the village of Quill Lake, Saskatchewan. Millie later lived in Humboldt, and most recently, Saskatoon.

Millie is predeceased by her husband Rod and son George (Lana) of Quill Lake SK. Mourning her loss are Jim (Vina) of Mistusine, SK, Linda (Larry) of Yorkton, SK, Glenn (Kari) of Edmonton, AB, and Duane (Tracy) of Saskatoon, SK along with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Interment will be a private ceremony at Quill Lake Cemetery.
