William was born July 26, 1942. He passed suddenly on July 3, 2019. William leaves to mourn, his wife Marjorie Brania-Severight, sisters Elizabeth Severight and Cecilia Severight, children Fred (Naomi), Wesley, Stephanie (Francis), Tracey (Blake) and Pam (Nick), aunt Rose Young, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins and friends.

William is predeceased by his parents Percy Severight and Marie Severight, sister Hazel Severight, brothers Micheal, Churchill, George, Joseph and Jimmy Severight.

William lived a long prosperous life. He was into his culture and traditions. Soft spoken with a great heart. He was a good listener, advice giver and patient. He always had a smile on his face when anyone approached him. Loved singing and playing the guitar and watching sports. William enjoyed visiting and talking with his grandchildren, as they idolized their grand father. He had special bonds with his grandson Avory and granddaughter Delanee as he helped raise them. He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, family and all that knew him.
