In Loving Memory of

Dianne Stevenson

In keeping with Dianne's wishes, no formal service will be held.

Dianne Beverley Stevenson (nee Zimmer) was born on August 21, 1946 in Kelvington, SK. She was born into a family that, including her, had ten siblings. Her parents were Adam and Maizie Zimmer.

Dianne was a hard worker. She worked with her father for many years at the creamery loading train cars and at the auction market that was owned by Fred Patrick. This is where she met her future husband, Nat Stevenson. They were married on March 26, 1967. To this marriage two children were born: Sharleen (Todd) Lefflar and Natalie (Colin) Elliot.

Dianne lived a very busy life. She worked at the MacLeod’s store for many years, at the A & H Grocery Store and later in life read water meters for the Town of Kelvington. She loved her garden and being outside, so she cut lawns for people in town. She enjoyed going for coffee and visiting, she would call Edna and away they would go for an hour or two.

Dianne’s pride and joy were her grandchildren: Alisha Leffler (Dustin Jones), Hailey Leffler (Bryden Guy) and Ty Leffler. On February 25, 2019 her new pride and joy was born, a great granddaughter, Emma Guy. Granny was so proud of this little girl. She couldn’t wait for her visits so they could laugh and act goofy together.

Dianne loved sports; if you ever needed to know something about sports all you had to do was call her and she knew. You also never called the house while hockey was on!

Dianne loved her family and the community she lived in. She will be missed by her children, grandchildren, great granddaughter, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews and all her extended family and friends.

Rest In Peace Granny.
