Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Joe Chaykoski on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at the Foam Lake Jubilee Home at the age of 86.
Joe will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Sonja (Doug) Bush, nephew Gavin (Alisa), Brigitte and Vivian; niece Samara (Delaney) and Emery. He is survived by his stepsister-in law, Stella and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents George & Emma; his stepbrothers Nick (Katie), Alex (Phyllis), John (Kay), Wasyl, Mike and step sister Jean (Gordon)
Cremation has taken place and at Joe’s request there will be no funeral service.
The Bush family extends our sincere appreciation to all the medical professionals and staff at the Foam Lake Jubilee Home and Doctor Vanheerden who went above and beyond to care for Joe during the past 4-1/2 years. Thank you to Tompkins Funeral Home for their care and compassion during this time.
